Great little guest room tucked away in the middle of Rome. Appears to be a conversion of some sort so is not your regular type of “hotel”. Is well maintained, clean and secure. It is placed near many of the main attractions and the rate was very reasonable considering how central it is. The reception is manned during daytime only, but there is an emergency number to call if needed. We went for a breakfast option, be aware that this is served some 200 metres or so down the road in a very nice venue (part of another hotel). Only minor issue is the noise. You may be disturbed by other guests arriving at night, the noise travels into the room even at general speaking level due to the nature of the corridors.

Stayed for 3 nights and felt I aged 20 years. The bed in room 303 is like a brick. Could not get comfortable and only managed a couple of hours of broken sleep. This wasn't helped when the housekeeping made enough noise to wake the dead at stupid o'clock in the morning. Tea and coffee making facilities were supplied but not replenished. Staff were friendly enough and check in is easy. Location is superb. Would definitely stay in the vicinity but probably not in the same hotel unless they use mattresses next time instead of bricks!!

Clean hotel, in an excellent location, sort of confusing to get to the top floor, the hotel shares space with other businesses and residents, its odd. The add was misleading, we thought we had two adjoining rooms, instead two rooms across the hall from each other. my daughter and I shared a narrow room with two twin beds, my husband had his own room with a queen bed. A personal separate washroom also separate down the hall with your own personal code, no one else uses the washroom but you and your your family. Very noisy you can hear the other guests in their rooms. Breakfast not included and it should be. The View from my husbands window was amazing. The service and price of this hotel were good.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in October and found it to be exactly what we were looking for. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel couldn't have been better! Close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain but on a quiet enough street to get to sleep at night! Our room was a decent size with a good shower in the bathroom. My only negative, which isn't the hotel's fault, was inconsiderate neighbours in the room next to us with the volume of their TV up really high early in the mornings! I would take earplugs next time! Would definitely return though.
